multiple ways to do it, you can use DS4Windows as a emulator and load up a preset

Do not play any of the old call of duty's on STEAM. It is not safe, you run the risk of being ratted etc.

i use dsx for windows. its a few bucks on steam. works wonders and supports multiple controller types. including dualsense and dualsense edge controller. Also allows haptic passthrough for the triggers.

Black Ops 3 has an update patcher that you run before the game launches - only way I've felt comfortable playing zombies online. Usually I'll just run custom maps though.

You can even password protect your account through the patcher so that way they can only access your account is knowing your numeric code.
