My build is around $438. Are these components compatible ? Is there any issues or suggestion ?

Yes that is all compatible parts.
For future you can put your parts into pcpartpicker and it will tell you if your components work or not with each other.

You would need more budget to go PC - The newest gen xbox has very good specs when looking at consoles.
