if i use the spoofer, does it lesson the chance of being banned, meaning would it be okay to use on my main account?

The spoofer does not reduce the chances of bans. The spoofer is a tool you can use, much like a VPN for example, for your PC itself. It helps mask any identifying components of your PC so you can bypass any bans or proactively prevent your PC's actual components from being flagged (banned).
