This is not perfect and will probably need work but it works better than the other version I made in c#. Thanks to silent06 for pointing me in the right direction.
Press Dpad_Left+X on any game title and it should unlock all achievements instantly. Press Dpad_Left+Y to unlock avatar awards if the game has them Source Xex download **Edit** Dpad_Left+X to unlock achievements Dpad_Left+Y to unlock avatar awards *USE AT YOUR OWN RISK* I have no idea what the ban risk is |

| I updated the links for the source and download. I rewrote it using the standard sdk libraries instead of xkelib |
