I definitely wouldn't be buying a 27" 1080p monitor. Will look like crap.

If I was adamant on a 4k60Hz monitor and a 1080p144Hz, I'd probably just get these since they're the same manufacture ...

Take a look at the MSI Optix range.

All the monitors look similar.

I'm not too sure if they do a UHD 27 inch but it's worth a look.
