Everytime I click create a class or load a game up the game crashes can somebody help me please

I'm noticing sometimes my opponents are controlling players off the ball with a little icon above there head making the choose where to run how do I do this?

Everyone I click create a class or search for a game it crashes and I have to dashboard why does it do this?

I have deleted the game and installed again but still doing it?

Cheers mate is there still a lot of hackers on it in games?

Can you still search for a game or is it a lot harder to get into a game?

Why can't you find an online game?

Will the servers ever be back up and running?
