Nykie wroteFielding wroteNykie wroteFielding wroteNykie wrote Get rodgers out! I can imagine. As a huge United fan it brings me joy to see and long may it continue, but not being biased, it's a shame to see a club with the stature Liverpool has performing so poorly in Europe and in the league. Rodgers is a dier manager, making an absolute killing for being one of the worst in the league. Moyes would organise a defense better. |

Loss of Suarez + Sterling and Sturridge being out will have alienated many players.
Replacing the best out and out ST in the world with Benteke, Ings, Origi etc was laughable. You needed a world class ST when you had CL to offer, but you failed to sign one. No Sterling, anyone who argues Ibe is better than him is deluded, Sterling was LFC's best player last season and he's gone too. Coutinho is magnificent but he's got Barca written on his forhead, will expect him to leave in 2 seasons. Sturridge being fit is trouble for defences but how long can he stay fit? That's the question. Most teams strengthened wisely, but I can't see how Firmino, Lovren, Lallana etc, are improving your team. Your best striking options are Ings and Sturridge. Need them to click. |

Who do you think will replace Rodgers if he leaves? Klopp? Ancelotti? |

DC19_ wrote Who do you think will replace Rodgers if he leaves? Klopp? Ancelotti? Would Klopp go there? LFC fans seem to think he'd love it, but he won't go while they have a transfer comittee and with the was FSG are going, it's not for him. Ancelotti? He's a colossus in the managerial world, they'd have to pay him more than any manager in the league or something, and give him free reign over transfers. Big asks to get them, Klopp more likely. |

My combined XI of the big clash on Sunday.
futhead.com/16/squads/2035162/ Would've gone Giroud but everyone can tell how good Martial has been this season. Nearly chose Coquelin over Schweinsteiger but Schweinsteiger has been our best midfielder. No room for Kos as he is injured, otherwise he'd take Blind's place. Darmian on the left as he's playing stellar there, and Bellerin on the right as he's in emphatic form. Smalling + De Gea are no brainers, best in the league in there position at the moment. You may laugh at me saying that about Smalling, but he's in amazing form. |
