Mourinho wanted him. Not Chelsea. Mourinho was clueless when it came to transfers.

Mourinho caused all of this. We are much worse off than we were in 2013. He came in, sold our future, tried to build the team around Oscar (one of the worst Chelsea players in the Abramovich era) and spent two whole tranfer windows chasing Rooney and Stones lmao. Fraud.
