With all due respect, captains and players saying they don't like it literally means nothing. they didn't consult the players before joining the league, they're more concerned about the fans not filling their pockets than they are the players crying.

Depends tbh, that would be the worst thing they could do right now. it would probably result in the season being disbanded, halting the euros even further and god knows what else. But it looks to see all the owners with any inclination of empathy are taking a step back and dropping out. Apparently the deciding factor was british parliament stepping in and when you start threatening new laws that kinda kills everything lmao.
