OhDiegoCosta wrote Thanks pal

Come on you blues!!!

0-0 ,Gutted :/

Before i say what i think of the game im not hating on sunderland , However during the first half we played 40% in their third , 50% half and 10% played in our half , In the second we had 70% possession , They had 10 men behind the ball for most of the game BUT they did work hard for he result , We were moving the ball around too slow , We had over 15 shots while they had around 5 but we were taking shots from outside of the box alot , Matic did well again , Thought both of our fullbacks could of done better and we were way too narrow , At one point they had a back 6 and we were still going narrow.

TBH they actually had a few chances , Maybe the better chances (Especially 2nd half) , This just shows me (IMO) why hazard is not (And shouldent be) named with the likes of messi and ronaldo , This game was there for him to take it and come up with something special that wins us the game but he was poor today imo , Even worse Costa gets booked and is now unavailable for spurs , Hopefully we rectify this at spurs.

Sunderland deserved at least the point they got, they defended like warriors from start to finish. We weren't good enough a didn't deserve to win it.

We lacked width majorly in that game, everything came through the middle & resulted in a 25 yard shot every time.

Only watched the highlights but:

-Another poor performance for us against Sunderland
-A surprising off day for Hazard
-A lack of patience in our build-up play
-Altidore again only does anything worthwhile against Chelsea
-2 points dropped

It could have been worse but I can't help but feel disappointed. Credit to Sunderland for playing the only way they could - Onwards and upwards from here hopefully

Felt we were a little patient yesterday , Just keeping the ball and passing it round way too slowly , Though every now and then we would take a longshot so i see why you think that from the highlights ,Gus has done good against as since he tookover for sunderland.

We just lacked the width to create space in their third of the pitch

Only problem with us using the system of Iva coming forward, Azpi staying back

Not really, just the wingers (Haz & Willian) were more on the corber of the opposition's area, allowing Sunderland's wingers to control the wide areas, leaving the space congested for us

Fullbacks/Oscar should be coming wide when Hazard and Willian come inside. Still, I can't say anything meaningful about the game because I didn't watch it.

I'm sorry, I know you chelsea fans will not agree, but the best keeper in the PL at the mo' is De Gea. Just kept us in the game again, another top notch performance from the Spaniard.

According to Stats he isn't, Maybe he isn't but he will be he is a world class keeper. Courtois does have an advantage with the solid defence but he still is class keeper too.
