David Gill, very quiet and exceptional at his job, left when fergie did. I don't think we do struggle with signings, a lot of the apparent "snubs" were just a load of media hype with a player signing for a different team.

I heard someone say Kroos snubbed us, in actual fact Van Gaal pulled the plug and 1 week later apparently Kroos snubbed us hahaha...

I've never actually seen a valid report of us not signing the players we wanted, just media hype cause its United

Lets be honest though are the players you signed really indictive of a plan? , Mata , Rojo , Shaw , Herrera , Falcoa , Blind.

Im not saying there bad players but there is no plan there (Especially if you sign bale) , Could of had a full team as good as CFCs or MCs with the amount of cash you spent but what you have instead is a unbalanced squad instead.

Mata was under Moyes so disregard that.


Rojo and Shaw, defenders.

Herrere and Blind, CM and CDM respectively, Falcao as ST. Also Di Maria, CM/CAM/LW/RW. Very versatile.

LVG is going to get it right, I reckon a young defender, a world class defender, a CM and a young striker will be bought in summer
