You can open them at anytime there is also ones with like guaranteed IF.. They will eventually add more and hopefully the legend pack.

It doesn't they give you the amount of coins that pack was worth onto your UTCoinBets accounts and you can choose to open more packs, bet or withdraw your money.

If you withdraw you will list players up and they will buy them for the correct amount of coins you have in your account.
