002 wrote Finally got some real tires on the truck Les Schwab bought out the contract for Toyo tires and there is no way on gods green earth will I ever spend money there again. I decided against the BFG's as they are fairly expensive and will wear faster. I ended up getting used Nitto trail grapplers, mainly because they were too cheap to pass up lol.

Truck looks great

I'm finally home, still on my night schedule and still sick but it's been a few weeks since I ordered this so I just couldn't wait to put it on. I finally got around to buying a dash cam after years of contemplation and finally decided it's stupid not to have one. I pulled the trigger on a Viofo A119 (no GPS unit) and got around to installing it today. It's a little more out in the open than I'd like but it is what it is. I wanted to move it up a lot more but I don't think the pad will stick that good to the raised "SUPER DUTY" lettering on the window. So far I'm not impressed. The lens although moves left and right like it's secure has a little play in it (a lot on video), and it seems to move a bit on the mount. It moves a lot less than the suction cup mounted ones do, but I foresee me jamming something in there to make it sit still and putting a dab of glue to make the lens not move left and right. Other than that, it's what I hoped for. The picture looks very blurry but I had a hard time getting my camera in there behind my mirror and it didn't want to focus, on top of that it's raining. It's not the clearest thing in the world, but it's a lot clearer than what the picture shows, maybe I'll do some driving and upload a video when I feel a little better.

I think it looks pretty hidden. From the outside anyways. I've been wanting one for a long time but have not bought one. I heard a story on a truck getting rear ended and the other people tried accusing the truck driver cause you can't see cars when they get real close.. but he caught it on a cam... I'm not sure how or if he had two but that would be so awesome to have in a situation like that..

Those Nittos were terrible, I decided to just bend over and buy new tires. I went with 275/70R18 BFG KO2's.

I love them too, always wanted one so I figured I may as well get one while I could lol. 3-4k would be cheap lol. Looking closer to 9-10k to do what I wand to do. I want to send it off to Powerstroke specialists in Buford, GA and let him dealer proof it. Life time head gasket warranty is a hell of a deal.
