You need to be bit more detailed bud, I don't look look at other people tools, so I'm not sure what they are, and what they are used for.

First of all, set BO2Spoofer.xex as a plugin


When you are on the tool, go to BO2, then BO2 account modifications and the bottom left is where you do the remote recoveries:

1. Make sure you are signed into an account and on BO2 multiplayer just before you press to play online, enter the gamertag you want to spoof

2. Once you have entered their gamertag (make sure there aren't any spaces before or after the gamertag, and also make sure it is correct, if the XUID is 0000000000 then check what i just said) click "Get XUID"

3. Once you have the XUID of the account, you want to hit "Spoof Account"

4. Once you have clicked spoof account, you can then sign out of the account you are currently on, then sign back in (you don't need to wait for the pop up on your RGH)

You should now be on their account. Do the recovery, sign out then sign back in to see if it stuck. Sometimes you can get away with not doing that as sometimes it can automatically stick! but it's worth checking, if it doesn't stick then go into an online or custom game and kill yourself

Make sure the persons account you are spoofing is off BO2 or signed out, otherwise it will cause you both to keep being kicked off multiplayer

It's only possible to this type of recovery on BO2. Although, there are all clients stats where you just select people and choose what you give them it they are in your game with you being the host You just right click and hit refresh clients then select the players you want to mod, then just click the options you want to give

I am currently away from my PC so I can't verify that this is 100% correct, but I searched up the launch.ini plugin line online and this is what I got.
Pluginx = hdd:\______.xex
The _ after Plugin being whichever plugin you set it as and the _ after hdd:\ being the actual plugin.
Example, Plugin5 = hdd:\BO2Spoofer.xex
I personally run it on plugin 5 without any issues so try setting it there if you have that plugin slot free.
