It's good to workout twice a week according to studies, after working out a certain body part you should give it 48 hours to recover, that's how I scheduled my weeks. But as everyone said from before, slower reps because you are using a lot of momentum to lift. Keep grinding bro.

I like to corporate both cheat reps and slow reps into my plan since certain studies have shown they do help strength wise etc. I mostly do cheat reps (power shrugs etc) with my traps since they grow with heavy load (upwards of 1000+ lbs)

It's so weird how everyone does different things, but honestly, if it works for you then stick to it. As long as you're seeing gains that's all that matters

Honestly if you want big traps corporate heavy high knee rack pulls and power shrugs into your plan. Traps grow extremely fast with heavy loads and I've gotten a lot of compliments on my traps ever since I started doing them. They make your physique look amazing once you get that cobra neck lol.

I normally don't use dumbells as I power shrug with the barbell with around 300+lbs. If I use dumbells though I normally use 65lbs-80lbs either doing slow and controlled or power shrugs.

Nice Stack

I am currently surviving off MyProtein Whey Salted Carmel 2.5kg , ,, Chocolate Peanut Butter 2.5 whey, 500g blue ras bccaa , 250g creatine mono watermelon

That would usually last me 2 to 3 months I would say.

I'm going to be getting a tub of creatine tomorrow which I'm really excited about since I have wanted to try it out for some time now. I've done some research and it looks like micronized is better than mono-hydrate since it mixes better with the water. Anyway, are there any tips for taking creatine from you guys that have experienced it?

I would recommend just getting a unflavored creatine and just mixing it with a post workout shake or just some water. It being just a "no name" brand and unflavoured will save you some money. Make sure you drink lots of water from now on when you're taking creatine. Finally, don't give up if you don't see immediate results from creatine. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for you to notice any differences.
