Gaps wrote_Mark wroteGaps wrote Monday - Push (Chest/Shoulder/Tri) Honestly if you want big traps corporate heavy high knee rack pulls and power shrugs into your plan. Traps grow extremely fast with heavy loads and I've gotten a lot of compliments on my traps ever since I started doing them. They make your physique look amazing once you get that cobra neck lol. |

MadMikeysModz wrote_Mark wroteGaps wrote_Mark wroteGaps wrote Monday - Push (Chest/Shoulder/Tri) I normally don't use dumbells as I power shrug with the barbell with around 300+lbs. If I use dumbells though I normally use 65lbs-80lbs either doing slow and controlled or power shrugs. |

I'm going to be getting a tub of creatine tomorrow which I'm really excited about since I have wanted to try it out for some time now. I've done some research and it looks like micronized is better than mono-hydrate since it mixes better with the water. Anyway, are there any tips for taking creatine from you guys that have experienced it? |

I would recommend just getting a unflavored creatine and just mixing it with a post workout shake or just some water. It being just a "no name" brand and unflavoured will save you some money. Make sure you drink lots of water from now on when you're taking creatine. Finally, don't give up if you don't see immediate results from creatine. It usually takes 2-3 weeks for you to notice any differences. |
