Hello all.
Hope this doesn't scare anyone, but I am new to XBOX. Anyways, to the problem. I had just recently bought my first XBOX (360). I am able to connect as I downloaded some XBOX software update. The problem arrives when I am trying to download an app like Netflix. It says I have to have some XBOX Live account. I typed in the info, got an email from Microsoft & verified the account. But the system won't let me download Netflix. It says I need to log in. So I click on that, which shows my profile/avatar. It says I'm already logged in. I try again and it says I need to log in. Can someone help me on what is going on here? Thanks. |
