Hey All,
Last night I build my first PC and am a bit disappointed with the in game results. I would love all and any advice as to how I can get better performance out of my computer. Specs are as follows: Core: Intel i5 9600k Graphics: EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 XC ULTRA GAMING, 8GB GDDR6, Dual HDB Fans Ram: 16GB DDR4 Monitor: Asus 2048x1440 144Hz (I am happy to include any more specific information if needed) I have my setting dropped down to 1920 x 1080, graphics set to low, and frames are stable around 90 fps. The recommended render scale is sitting at 33%, but I have pushed it up to 50% because 33% is unbearable for me. I would like to see this machine run at at least 1920x1080 with 144 fps with a 100% render scale (will take the graphics at low if I must). How can I achieve this? I have followed just about everything this guide recommends as well: [Minimum post requirement for links] P.s. - I have not tried overclocking to 4.3 ghz yet. Not sure if that is a good option or not. |

Sorry, this is my first post on this board and I forgot to specify that I am looking to optimize for Overwatch specifically. |
