Better to build a system for sure.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor (£145.46 @ Scan.co.uk) Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£71.99 @ Amazon UK) Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£115.19 @ Aria PC) Storage: Kingston - A400 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£47.99 @ Aria PC) Video Card: XFX - Radeon RX 580 8 GB GTS Black Core Edition Video Card (£202.67 @ Amazon UK) Case: Phanteks - Eclipse P350X (Black/White) ATX Mid Tower Case (£64.00 @ AWD-IT) Power Supply: Corsair - TXM Gold 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£59.99 @ Amazon UK) Monitor: Acer - CB271HU bmidprx 27.0" 2560x1440 60 Hz Monitor (£199.99 @ CCL Computers) Total: £907.28 Although, this monitor is kind of a steal right now; ebuyer.com/838555-element-gaming-...gKkLPD_BwE It's a TN panel, but 144Hz and Freesync support. Buy a cheap kb/mouse combo for now, easy to upgrade later. You can use Win10 for free. RX 590 is literally an 8GB RX 580 with a price increase. Case and PSU I included are significantly better quality than those in the pre-built. Usually for SSD, I'd recommend a 500GB 860 EVO, but for £50 that 480GB A400 is a steal. This is another good option though; uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/8R66M...0bx500ssd1 |
