Picture this:
Its ya boy Ethan going out to a fancy Japanese restaurant with the fam and friends for a Christmas Eve dinner. We sit down at the bar and Im only 20 but who actually cards in Wisconsin, the drunkest state in the USA, right? So we sit down and the bartender speaks very little english and I spot some drinks I havent seen an this bar before. They actually look like perk drinks from COD. He offers me sake which is a beer made from rice. I say no and point towards these drinks I say I'll take one of each and he lines them up right in front of me. They were really good and all tasted drastically different. At first when I looked at them I thought they were like sparking juice. Maybe a wine cooler of some sorts? Nah, turns out they are juices that get fermented. It tasted like a fruity beer. Like the Japanese version of Angry Orchard or something. Anyway after I drank those I wanted something for the table and I couldnt help but smile at this bottle: The strawberries were makin me laugh so I asked him what it was. He said it was a style of strawberry syrup that they use in mixers. I had him hook me up and this drink was the boooooommmbbbbb.
