Just like the title states I'm an idiot to the fullest So i decided to sell my xbox one and turned around to buy another one the next day after . But I got the one I bought the next day for cheaper but still was dumb and I have no clue why I even sold it to begin with.

Seems like you made a dumb decision but it didn't screw you over. Take it as a learning experience, you might not get as lucky next time and will actually lose money.
