Here's what I came up with it's quite similar to mine aside from the motherboard and gpu. And so far i've ran any game maxed out with good fps (Keep in mind I also have a 1070). I also threw in a a 144hz monitor since you said you needed one. Also an SSD if you care about boot times or just loading games faster. It was about $64 below your budget so if you don't have any peripherals you could get the CM Storm Devastator (I believe that's what it's called its a mouse and keyboard combo that's quite good for the price.)
