Do you need a monitor? no
Do you need a keyboard? no
Do you need a mouse? no
Do you need an operating system? no
What will you use the PC for? Mainly for gaming but also Video editing

What monitor(s) will you be using with the system?
What games will you be playing?
Could you elaborate on "video editing"? Any specific programs? Rendering lots of 4k footage, or like occasional 1080p videos?
