Hi,

I have just got a new PC after not having one for a long time.

It has something like

AMD A8 9600
8GB RAM
1T HDD
500w power

I am thinking of buying SSD first and then over time i was going to buy a graphics card and a cpu.

Would getting those 3 components be the right thing to do? if so which would be best to get? and work with the parts i have?

thanks..

IMO i would go GPU first, then CPU, then SSD. You already have a TB of storage, the only thing an SSD can do is give you better load times, but Id choose performance over load times.

Hmm, cheers for the reply, i get you.

Only reason i was thinking SSD, is for it to boot quicker and just general browsing might feel quicker too? im not all that into PC gaming yet so it isnt my priority if you get me although i plan to start installing some games soon, played csgo, it seems ok. what cpu, gpu and ssd would you recommend to go with what i got?

You can get an Ryzen 3 2200g for $100 First, It has Integrated graphics that can run most games at 900p-1080p low 60+ fps.
Then you can get a gpu ( GTX 1050 or 1050Ti ) where you can run modern games at high/medium 1080p 60+ fps
