Thats called screen tearing. Theres multiple different solutions to this problem you need to go through each one until its fixed. So my suggestion is google how to fix screen tearing and go through a few videos and forums and if you still cant get it PM me and I can try and help |

screen tearing is caused by rendering the same scene before the new one gets shown if i recall it could be wrong, ie if you get way more then 60fps on a 60hz monitor it will screen tear same with 75hz monitors and 120+hz monitors, your monitor cant keep up with the scene because of how high the fps is, using vsync fixes that to your monitors refresh, i recommend using nvidia vsync/amd vsync as these dont cause that much of input delay, there is also another way which seemed to fix it for me if you are on nvidia, use pre render frame and set it to 1 this will fix some of it |

I wouldn't recommend turning V-Sync on if you have a 60hz monitor.
I'll take the screen tearing over the super shit game-play of running on locked 60 FPS. Basically just buy a better monitor with faster refresh rate like 144 or 165 and cap your frames to that. |
