I'm really stuck between...

ASUS Strix GTX 1070

Or

ASUS Strix RTX 2070 OC

I'll be playing new games like BF5 & BO4

I want 1440p & 4K to be a option when wanted

Would also really like to play some games across 3 monitors eventually

These are the parts it will be paired with (all of these I already own so cannot change):

CPU: Intel Core i7-7700k
Motherboard: ASUS Strix z270e Gaming
RAM: G.Skill TridentZ RGB 32GB (4x8)

Any help would be appreciated on which I should go with:)

I mean if you can really afford it why not go with the 2070?
No reason not to.

Depends on the price. If they're still the same price as they were here;

I wouldn't buy a GTX 1070 for any more than £250 since the RTX 2060 has been announced.

The RTX 2070 is a £450-500ish GPU, so £600+ is far too much.
