No, you are not old enough to enter a contract and that's what payments are. |

I mean there is a way, go to a buy here pay here, and have your parents put the car in there name, you drive it around and work and just give them the money to pay for the monthly payment? Long as you don't speed or lock your keys in the car your good man.
BUT, buy here pay here places are risky, my parents did it cause the guy was like family to them. Most place will try to play you. |

I would just save up money and buy the car outright. I worked for about a year and a half then picked up a car. I would avoid buy here, pay here by all means. |

If your parents trust you and if you really think you can make a certain amount of money monthly tell your parents to put it under their name. Thats what i did. Im not even underage but i have no credit so it would of been terrible for me. I got a good monthly payment under my parents names |

Try visiting a reputable car dealership that has a finance option available. You may be able to get a car with monthly payments, as long as you meet their criteria and pass a credit reference check. You may need someone to be your guarantor as well. |

if you want it in your name, no way. If your parents get it and you pay them sure. But if you cant drive, why'd you want to do it anyway |
