Hi,
All you guys seem rather smart, so I hope you can help me out! I have a budget of £1,500-£2,000 for a setup which will allow me to play games at good speed and quality, and I can also stream from. I have absolutely no idea about any of it, from makes and models to what's good or not, but for my budget I want the highest quality equipment. From the information I understand, I want 3 monitors - one to support live streaming, one to play PC games on and one to play my Xbox on. I have a fairly wide desk space to have the monitors on, and a large amount of space below the desk for my console etc. I have 0 equipment right know, so what should I buy for; Keyboard Mouse Monitors Graphics Card Hard drive (And anything else that's needed which I haven't listed.) I hope someone can help me, as I am so lost with it all! Thanks very much |

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 GHz 8-Core Processor (£249.99 @ Amazon UK) CPU Cooler: be quiet! - Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler (£69.92 @ Amazon UK) Motherboard: Asus - ROG STRIX X470-F Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard (£184.38 @ Aria PC) Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£104.02 @ Box Limited) Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£139.99 @ Aria PC) Video Card: MSI - GeForce RTX 2070 8 GB VENTUS Video Card (£459.98 @ CCL Computers) Case: Phanteks - Enthoo Pro TG RGB Special Edition ATX Full Tower Case (£104.99 @ AWD-IT) Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G3 (EU) 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£79.54 @ Amazon UK) Monitor: Iiyama - G-MASTER RED EAGLE 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz Monitor (£319.99 @ CCL Computers) Mouse: Corsair - M65 PRO RGB FPS Wired Optical Mouse (£29.20 @ Amazon UK) Total: £1742.00 Grab a couple of cheap 1080p monitors for the sides, about £100 a piece is enough. Not sure what key switch preference you have if any, but just look for a Corsair Strafe/K70 or HyperX Alloy FPS/Elite with the switch type you'd prefer. Also, the Phanteks Eclipse P600S releases in like a week, probably going to be more expensive than the Enthoo Pro but I'd maybe keep an eye out for the P600S. |
