"Trusted Sellers" are given a badge to let the community know they are some of the most trusted members on the site. Very few have it, you can look at a list of those members here.

You can view information on paid stickies here: Forums/t=7093046/paid-sticky-thre...tails.html If you just want to find a CoD lobby, find either a sticky or someone who has a shop. All lobbies require a proof video, so if they have that you can move on to making sure other people have been helped by that user. A lot of people will vouch in the replies for users.
