This is a leg/ butt workout i do myself as well as train my clients with at 24hr fitness. Enjoy!
4 sets of each Similar variation of workout posted on my channel: youtu.be/2FDnJECxxOQ Leg Extension: 15 reps Superset 15 lunges Hamstring Curls: 15 reps Superset 12 Jump Squats Calf raises: 20 reps Superset 30sec-1min wall sits with weight Single Leg Trx Band Squats: 12 reps Superset 10 lunges Cart pushes: 20Yd with heavy weight Cart Pulls: 20Yd heavy weight Deadlifts: Decent weight for 10 reps focusing on only legs Single Leg Lifts: 10 each leg with 10lb on thigh Hip Thrusts: With weight 15 reps very slow Stair master: 2min intervals full extension. |

Sheesh seems a lot man, don't hurt yourself too bad, make sure you are taking a glycose and protein mix drink after that to help the soreness if she or you are sore |
