Gigabyte Z370
MSi Ventus RTX 2070 8GB
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB 2666MHz
Thermaltake 650w PSU

On a Samsung CHG70 1440p 144Hz monitor

There shouldn't be any bottleneck in your PC at all.

I question why you have a locked CPU with a unlocked motherboard?

I don't see the need for upgrading to be honest. What bottlenecking are you getting?
