Microsoft has discovered the cause of Xbox One's serious black screen issue. They're currently working on rolling back the service change.

Xbox One owners are suffering from some major Xbox Live outages at this moment in time.

Reports from all over have stated that Xbox Live has been acting up, causing their systems to act erratically. According to the Xbox Live Status page, the online service is seeing a large hit to their Live Core Services.
