I have the +P -P Power SW plugged in correctly on the motherboard but dont know where the other side of this connector plugs into. Can anyone help me out?

Image link doesn't work. However, your motherboard manual should have all the relevant information for plugging in your front panel connectors.
Front panel connectors are usually not too hard to figure out, just a bit of a nightmare if you've got bigger hands sometimes trying to squeeze those tiny connectors on.
