I have a iBUYPOWER PC with a Nvidia GTX 1070 8GB card, 16GB Memory, 240GB SSD, and a 1TB Hard drive. It can easily hit 60+ fps while in games like The Witcher 3, but its only getting 15 tops. I played around with some settings, switched from the integrated GPU to the GTX and its now only getting 1fps. I am fairly new to PC gaming and the likes. When I have the Intel and the GTX enabled at the same time, I cannot see and pages, tabs, or games open, just my wallpaper and taskbar. I have my monitor hooked up to the graphics card by HDMI. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall the drives? Thanks
