That was some solid depth on those squats, I'm jealous
Just the thought of going over 150 kilo again on deads for reps makes the skin on my shins hurt but I'm hoping to get back into that groove soon Looking good man! |

Gotta get low ;) I'll be terribly disappointed if I get to the platform and get called for depth so I'm making sure I'm getting there on every rep and every set! Also don't get me wrong my shins absolutely screamed at me for ages but I don't feel pain there much anymore! |

Do you do 5x5 for strength training? I have found that this helps out alot for my squats, bench and deadlifts. Bench becomes a struggle when doing more than 6 reps |
