Here's a few things you can try:

-Obviously make sure you're saving your dashlaunch settings after adding the menu. Make sure you're saving it to the right drive (i.e. USB, HDD, internalMU)

-Some menus may need plugins to work properly, like JRPC2, RPC, XRPC, XDRPC. I honestly don't know why but I know my Mw3 menu doesn't load properly without JRPC2, or at least the xnotify won't work.

-Some menus don't like to load from an external storage device, try internal HDD if you're using an external drive.

-Some menus need to be loaded from jrpc.ini instead of launch.ini.

One of those should work man
