My Laptop is stuck on a black screen, does any one know what to do or how to fix it? Please help, it's a relatively new laptop I've only used it a couple of times so idk why it's doing it. |

Where did you buy this laptop? Was it always on the black screen when you bought it?
If so some places offer warranty for stuff like this. |

Because it's either that or the graphics card is shot. Shot as in destroyed from the inside or simply out of place. |

If you have an external display I'd suggest plugging it into that just to test and see that the computer is still booting correctly. If it does boot fine it's probably something with the display, it could be the GPU, the display itself, or best case scenario just the display connectors. Again I would just test before you bring it in to save you some time. |

And when I open up the task manager it says that my Enternet Explorer is not responding. So when I try and end the task it doesn't do anything. |
