how the hell can i fix this please?! been driving me up the walls!!, ive defraged, done a disk cleanup stopped animations everythin, ANY SUGGESTIONS |

SINCE LINK BROKEN,
I HAVE A LAPTOP AN ACER SPIN SP111 AND THE CPU IS AN INTEL CELERON N3350 THE CPU USAGE IS AT 100 ALL THE TIME WHEN I HAVE NOTHING OPENED PLEASE HELP ME |

Can you open up task manager and screen shot it for up.

I actually have that same problem going on right now, right out of the box my MSI laptop is always at CPU 100% just like the original post! Hopefully someone knows how to fix this! driving me crazy also! |

OP - You can't really do much. Your CPU is poor and will do things like this. It's a very low power device so you can't expect too much from it.
With devices that see 100% usage, I'd look at seeing what's causing it in task manager and potentially uninstalling it if you don't want it. I'd also look at limiting startup items. Even opening a browser will see your CPU ramp up to 100%. There's no other way of putting it apart from it's a bad CPU. |

It's just the computer man. You get what you paid for in this situation. Some computers are meant for gaming, some are meant to do work or go to school with, some are just for web surfing. I would suggest selling it at this point. |

can you do me a favor and click on the performance tab then screenshot it
https://i.imgur.com/plvJT38.png and is the laptop new or have you been using it for a while? if it has been used for a while i would run AVG Free or something similar to check and make sure your laptop is all clean another thing to do is give your laptop a really good cleaning like use compressed air (make sure you don't put the can upside down or it will break everything) this will help make sure your cpu isn't getting super hot due to dust and other stuff that could be inside |
