Okay now I'm a very protective person when it comes to my teeth, I brush atleast 3/4 times a day (considering I'm English that's above average xD) I floss every 2-3 days and have done most my life. Now today when I was inspecting them, I noticed that my gum had come away from my tooth so I pushed it down (don't ask why) and sorry for the grim details but a lot of blood and other stuff came out..

I've just brushed them for 15 minutes straight and plenty of mouth wash and it's all gone..

I think smoking is contributing towards that, what's your opinions? What the f should i do??

I can't say if smoking is contributing to that because I don't smoke and I'm not a dentist so I wouldn't know but either way if you're in any pain you should probably get it checked out. Why would you push down on it tho?

This is typically a sign of gingivitis or periodontal disease. Probably a good time to make an appointment with your dentist.

But sometimes if you brush to hard it will cause the gums on your teeth to recede.Maybe try a softer tooth brush and don't brush as hard.

I don't think I've ever seen someone on TTG say they were a dentist before. Anyone? Anyone??

Seriously man, a modding/gaming(alt-right/anime) forum site is not the place to get medical advice. You seem like you really care about your health and especially your teeth. Make the smart decision and get to a dentist as soon as possible. They will be able to do so, so much more than anyone online.

You shouldn't be brushing your teeth that often, and not for 15 minutes a time. My friend used to be self-conscious about his teeth and did the same. Dentist said it was wearing his enamel down and damaging his teeth and gums.

"Improvise adapt & overcome" this site has developed into something much more than just a gaming site despite it being what it was dedicated to. I can't just post on my Facebook as I don't want anyone (who I know) that I have these issues hence why I posted here:s I'm taking your advice on visiting the dentists as it's the best solution
