Is it when you boot MW2 and it gives you a pop up. For the menu and it's keeps looping that part, Does it keep looping the title update to?
If so try manually adding the Title update or replacing the default_mp.xex as that works for some.
Also what menu are you trying to load as it could be that. Have you tried loading another menu bud ?

yes that's exactly what keeps happening, it's stuck in a loop. and i've also tried using another menu as well and can't seem to get them working either. i feel like i am doing something wrong and also not setting them up properly. i can't even get a menu to work on black ops 2. but i have a menu working for CoD Ghosts and GTA V.
