So I'm starting a diet tomorrow, I am working out and plan I'm doing 3 smoothies a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Smoothie needs a lot of protein in it, low calories, and great for a diet. I'll be doing small workouts in order to help create weight loss. Going to the store tomorrow to buy the ingredients for the smoothies. I will be buying a month of supply.

I need someone to help me by telling me what are some good smoothies that will satisfy my needs.

Whoever can help me the best will get a gift of gold.

Do you have a supplement superstore or GNC near you? Visit them, they actually have powders you can use as meals aswell and they taste great and have a lot of protein in it.

As for smoothies I love them. I typically make fruit smoothies with pineapples, bananas, strawberries, kiwis, oranges, etc. just use what you like.

I'm looking for stuff to put in smoothies that will equal a meal. 3 smoothies a day.

Smoothie diets aren't the way to go mate. As soon as you start eating normally again you'll gain the weight back as quick as you lost it in the first place due to the sudden spike in calories.

You're better off eating lean meats for protein, rice or potato for carbs before and after workouts and green veg to help with your immune system and gut health. All of this in the form of a calorie deficit will get you where you want to be.

honestly mate all that is bs, just cut down on the sugary foods and watch your calorie intake.

PLEASE do not stop eating stuff you like, when i was dieting my cheat day would be a sunday when i would eat what i want.
honestly if you cut out EVERYTHING you enjoy the diet will be boring af and you'll soon give in.

exercise is key, just make sure you are burning off more than you are taking in.

i went from nearly hitting a 36'' waist to 32/33'' by cutting out a lot of the foods i like and just treat myself occasionally (and yes i mean takeaways too lol)

keep yourself motivated, even take a pic of you now and have it in front of you when you work out and tell yourself i dont wanna keep looking that way. whatever works for you.

keep it up and i hope you do get to your desired weight.

Smoothie shakes are a waste of time, maybe just have 1 shake a day, but just eat normally mate. As your trying to lose weight, just keep an eye on how much fat, calories, and sugar is in your meals. But for the 1 smothie I recommend, just have a shake with fruits and add some HQ Whey protein.
