I see a lot of parts are going for relatively cheap atm. Any recommendations on upgrades?

Here is my current build:

1 x Seagate BarraCuda 1TB SATA III 3.5" Hard Drive
1 x ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS AMD Socket AM4 Motherboard
1 x Cooler Master MasterLiquid Lite 120 Liquid CPU Cooler

Since you only have 8GB of ram I would say upgrade to 16GB first
