Didn't quite get your keyboard in there, but I'd probably just grab any cheap $10-20 kb for now, and upgrade at a later date if you like. I'd personally probably spend an extra $10 on the PSU, and swap the Seasonic unit for a Corsair CX450M, purely because I hate non modular PSU's though.


*Edit* Forgot to say, for OS, just use Win10 for free for now. You can buy a key later if you want, but it'll only really allow you to personalise your background and what not. You can get a full version of Win10 your own way or buy a key from any number of places for ~$30, just definitely don't pay $100+ for your OS whatever you do.
