No, absolutely not. It's worth about half the asking price at best.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 1200 3.1 GHz Quad-Core Processor (£55.97 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450 Pro4 ATX AM4 Motherboard (£75.98 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£73.98 @ Aria PC)
Storage: Crucial - BX500 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£48.06 @ CCL Computers)
Video Card: ASRock - Radeon RX 570 8 GB Phantom Gaming X Video Card (£125.34 @ CCL Computers)
Case: Cooler Master - MasterBox MB600L ATX Mid Tower Case (£45.36 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply: EVGA - 600 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply (£35.47 @ Scan.co.uk)
Total: £460.16

Better system pretty much all over, and brand new parts instead of used.
