I have some old Xbox 360 games that, before selling, I want to ensure work completely.

Is there a way I can use my PC to check the discs?

Nope.
Xbox 360 discs only work in the Xbox 360.
If you sell them to a place like GameStop, they test them there.
If you're selling them privately, there is the term buyer beware. The person buying it should request to test them before purchasing them.
