All I am needing is a tower for around 700-750 USD Is this about the best I could do? Also how would it perform for games? I dont plan to overclock.

First of all, an optical drive in 2019? Really?

GTX 1060 makes absolutely no sense. Either save a chunk of cash and buy an RX 580, which will be better, or spend the same amount as a 1060 but by the GTX 1660 which replaced it, for around the same price and you'll get better yet performance.

If your currency is GBP, then looking at US parts lists is entirely pointless.

I'd probably swap the 240GB SSD+ 1TB HDD for a 480-512GB SSD. Also 8GB RAM is a bit lacking these days, especially since RAM is nowhere near as ridiculously priced as it was 12-18 months ago. I'd be really trying to stretch to 16GB, which you could easily do by dropping the Be Quiet! CPU cooler and using the stock R5 2600 cooler instead.
