Hey, all. Need some help with a build, not looking for anything too fancy.
1) What is your budget and currency? > $500 - $600 2) Do you need a monitor? > No. Do you need a keyboard? > Yes. Do you need a mouse? > Yes. Do you need an operating system? > Yes. What will you use the PC for? > This PC would be intended for college use (writing papers, etc) but mostly for gaming. The games that would be played are: Fortnite, Rainbow Six Siege, League of Legends and Old School Runescape. If you need any other information, please ask. This is my first PC build request I believe and I just let myself go with the "Simple Form" request form that is in Scizor's guide in the Stickies. |

PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor ($99.99 @ Newegg) Motherboard: ASRock - B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Newegg) Memory: Team - Vulcan 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($62.99 @ Newegg) Storage: ADATA - SU655 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($47.99 @ Amazon) Video Card: Sapphire - Radeon RX 580 8 GB PULSE Video Card ($169.99 @ Newegg) Case: Deepcool - MATREXX 55 ATX Mid Tower Case ($52.99 @ Newegg Business) Power Supply: SeaSonic - S12III 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($39.98 @ Newegg) Total: $563.92 Grab any cheap $20-30 kb/mouse combo for now. You can swap the R3 3200G for an R3 2200G if you want to save $15. I'd rather have the newer CPU, but if it helps up the RX 580 to a GTX 1660, then I'd definitely 'settle' for the 2200G. The case doesn't come with any fans, so you'll probably want to grab 2 case fans. $10-15 will be enough for 2 decent fans. You could look at other $40-50 cases if you want to save $15/20, most only come with 1 fan though so you'll probably want to add at least one either way. Or, you can get the Deepcool case in white if you prefer; pcpartpicker.com/product/VPPKHx/d...add-rgb-wh Also, I'd probably try to spend the extra $40 for a GTX 1660 over the RX 580; pcpartpicker.com/product/dT66Mp/e...p4-1163-kr |

21 wrote PCPartPicker Part List There are a ton of cases on amazon with case cooling and nice aesthetic looks for around 75$, I would also recommend a stronger psu, I run a similar build and a lot of power is being used with a 500w evga psu. Also instead of getting case with fans like I suggested, you can purchase 2 fans like 21 said, and also buy an aio liquid cooler for the front of your case which will make your build look great and be super cooled for your hardcore gaming needs |
