Best way to make money is to do heists/missions but there could be some glitches (not sure) or you could spend irl money to get gta money
Also twitch prime has a pack that gives you 1mil

ive found a great way is being a ceo and stealing the cars and exporting them with 2/3 friends you can get like 300k each run
