Actually if possible to get the 144Hz 1920x1080 monitor included in the budget that would be amazing, can drop the m.2 ssd for the time being if necessary! thanks

If you've not got the AM4 mounting kit for your cooler, you'll need to contact Noctua and ask for one. Or Alternatively, overclockers.co.uk probably sell AM4 mounting kits for the D15S if Noctua don't send you one FOC.

AIB RX 5700XT's should be out in the next couple of weeks, and will be priced around the same as an RTX 2060Super, so might be worth keeping an eye out for those. The reference cooler on the 5700XT is trash though, so I definitely wouldn't buy one just yet.

Currys/PCWorld have the MAG241C for £180, so grab it from there instead of Amazon. However, the Samsung JG50/JG52 is worth considering IMO;
amazon.co.uk/Samsung-LC27JG52QQUX...amp;sr=1-2
1440p instead of 1080p, still 144Hz and you still get a VA panel like with the MAG241C. An RX 5700XT/RTX 2060Super is definitely capable of 1440p144Hz, especially in games like Fortnite. Only downside is that the JG50/JG52 doesn't have adaptive sync, whereas the MAG241C does have Freesync.

As for SSD, OCZ TR200/Crucial BX500 for a budget drive, or maybe an Intel 660p since they've been really well priced. I'd be looking at a 480/512GB SSD minimum tbh, but 1TB SSD's are great value right now. 95 quid for a 1TB Intel 660p is insane;

I paid not much less than that for my 500GB 860 EVO not even that long ago lol.

Great thanks again 21, ill be sure to pass this onto him now! those intel 660p's are so cheap what the heck. just picked one up for myself

quick question about the zen 2 and the b450 tomahawk. will it have to be updated somehow or will it come ready to use with the 3600? i see on pc part picker it says it needs updated but then wouldn't i need an older ryzen to update it with first?

Yeah, been tempted to grab a 1TB 660p myself tbh, but I should really upgrade my GPU before anything else lol.

So yeah, there's a good chance you'd get a mobo that has been sitting in stock for a while which won't have the relevant BIOS- most places like Overclockers, Scan, CCL, etc should update the BIOS for you if you ask them though.

However, what I would do, is just buy the B450 Tomahawk MAX instead. It's a new revision of the same motherboard. It has just came out, so should be shipping with the newer BIOS compatible with Zen2. It's the same price as the original Tomahawk too.

Regardless, both the B450 Tomahawk and the Tomahawk MAX have BIOS flashback functionality, so you can update the BIOS on either of them without even needing a CPU. So even if you end up with a B450 Tomahawk(MAX) that doesn't have the relevant BIOS, you can update it yourself anyway.
