Getting back on my feet and setting up my new office.
My only issue is I hope the Wi-Fi card has enough range to hit my router, my laptop hits perfectly from this far, so it should. I'm going to be running ethernet after a bit, so it's only temporary, but I'm hoping this works for internet until I do get around to running ethernet. Any extra recommendations anyone would like to make? Currency is USD. 21 wrote PCPartPicker Part List Thank you for the reply, the reason I picked the case and board I did though, is because I've always loved Phanteks cases, I had a P300 back when it was new, which is the one I actually had to sell a while ago after Irma, and I like the look of the P350x Eclipse with the larger vents for intake, and I like that it has digital RGB integrated, but I picked the board I did because of it's 3-pin addressable RGB that pairs nicely with the case and it'll allow me to use Aura Sync between the case, board lighting, and other lighting I plan to include. However, I am revising my choice of GPU, and you've given me some ideas so I thank you heavily for that, and I did at one point have an RX 580 so I know AMD GPU's are good, but they do run a bit hot for my liking, and I much prefer the waterblock styles for Nvidia cards over AMD when it comes to GPU watercooling, so I'm either going GTX or RTX for GPU, I know it's a bit unorthodox to watercool a GPU and leave the CPU aircooled, but the tests I've seen show the cooler I picked actually works pretty well, and it's the GPU temps I need to keep more under control, but the 2070 you linked does seem like a pretty solid choice, so let me look up some of the benchmarks people have done and I'll go from there. |
