| So my iPad charges to turn on but once it turns on it stops charging and turns off and repeats the cycle, that was a few days ago now it doesn't even turn on. I was thinking the battery needs a replacement I just wanted some other opinions before I go out and fix it. |

Have you checked the cable? Or have you checked the charging port of the iPad?
My iPad did that when it couldn't get a contract current through the cable, thus needing a new Calle. |

| I've tried to use many different blocks/chargers and different outlets all the same result. Charges for a little bit then stops so it's defiantly making contact with the charger |
